He wore Mickey ears (for two seconds)
And he got to play in a bounce house, which he LOVED!!!!!
For obvious reasons, no one wanted me in the bounce house, so Grandpa got to tag along while I watched....
And Carson ate all my birthday cake!!!!

Who knew that you can get lingerie at a baby shower? (Okay, it's a nursing bra... which I am so excited about:)
This is the only picture I have from that one so far, sorry!!!
Rick turned the big 2-8 yesterday and we had a fun day celebrating as a family. Carson and I cooked him breakfast and let him sleep in, and then we opened presents, went to church, and then we cooked dinner here and had his parents over. Carson had a great time helping Rick open his presents (he calls them "Christmas")
I made Rick a quilt for his birthday with peices of lots of his old shirts, etc. Rick and Carson had fun hiding underneath it:)
Carson is developing his own style..... maybe mom's shoes might have to go.....
Since I am such a pathetic blogger, I am blogging these pictures of our last hurrah as a threesome a week late:) Rick and I decided to take Carson camping at a campsite about five minutes from our house. We loaded up our car with a tent and plenty of food etc. and headed off. It was sooo much fun!! Carson had a blast playing at the park, cooking hot dogs over the fire, sleeping in the tent in a sleeping bag with mom and dad, and fishing the next morning with daddy. The only not so amazing part was that the ground was a little hard for my 8 plus month prego self, but it was well worth it, great family bonding!!

We went bowling on New Years Eve, it was fun, even the babies mostly had a good time. Carson and I used the little kid way of bowling and rolled the ball on the floor, I didn't want to risk going into labor far from home and without Rick:)
Grandpa and the two grandkids:)
My mom and Carson bonded over a common hobby, cleaning:)
My little brother is 16 and had his eagle court of honor while we were there, I was very impressed with his speech!! What a big kid!
My brother in law Chris had his birthday while we were there, so we went out to breakfast to celebrate and I decorated this cake for him, I am still designated the family cake decorator:)

This sledding trip didn't quite turn out as Jenny and I had planned for the kids.... we had fun though:) Poor Chris though, he had to pull his 8 month pregnant sister in law around on the sled, thanks Chris!!!
I'll post more pictures soon.....
