The weekend

As I said before, I am excited about Halloween and thought it'd be fun to take the kids on a hayride on Saturday, apparently so did everyone else. Needless to say about 100 people waiting in line for a ten person wagon in 95 degree weather, not my best idea, but the kids loved it and so it was worth it. And yes, the umbrellas are to keep out the sun:)

One of Rick's best friends from BYU got married this weekend in Utah and flew here to go on a cruise for his honeymoon, we were so excited to hangout with them yesterday! I won't get started about how jealous I am that they are going on a cruise.......

Random fun

Even though it doesn't get too cold here I get excited when it is Fall and holiday time. We had fun last week doing random fun stuff together and I thought I'd post some pics.

Last week we had a day of cool weather and the kids spent literally the whole day outside. They loved it! We even walked to the grocery store.....about a three mile roundtrip walk.....which they actually loved!!! (It wasn't by choice sadly, my car battery was dead)

The next day it was still lingeringly cool (okay below 90) and we headed to the zoo, in the RAIN. We rented this little bike which we don't usually do, but the kids LOVED it!

And of course we had to make some Halloween treats for Family night, we let the kids cutout and frost them themselves, which was hilarious. They were suprisingly good at it.

Halloween Party

We hav e a tradition with our friends to dress up and carve pumpkins together before Halloween and today was the day.....the kids got all dressed in their costumesMinnie mouse and can you guess what Carson is?
We couldn't believe all six kids under four sat still for like a good five minutes while we all snapped pictures

Carson and Jada were so cute and kept sneaking kisses during the photo shoot.....my camera wasn't cooperating to get them on camera....

Rick had to work and couldn't come, but I made an attempt at carving a pumpkin with the kids....I can't say it was that amazing, but Carson and Brynnli had fun helping, especially Carson who cleaned out all the guts for me

Just a random picture from this morning.....the past two days these guys were so good and cute....I am afraid of what they have in store for me though, they must want something....

Cooking, Eating, and Bathtime

We went to Rainforest cafe with some friends for their little girl's birthday, the kids had a blast....this was not too long after Brynnli choked on a chip and threw up all over me.....

Soccer

We signed Carson up for tot soccer and today was his first day, and he was sooo excited! Brynnli thought she was playing too and so we had to buy both of them soccer cleats, which were super cute.

It was REALLY hot and we were all sweaty and done by the time the 45 minutes was up, but Carson loved it, so it was worth it!
