We just got back from an awesome trip to Rick's parents vacation house in North Carolina. It is so nice to kick back and relax away from home! Rick's sister and her hubby and daughter were there too which made it even better, we really didn't want to come home!

Carson's favorite part of the trip was putting out corn for the deer with Grandpa in addition to feeding the birds, watering the plants, and then watching the bats and waiting for the deer at night.

Brynnli's first bowling trip, accompanied by a fall down a few stairs...And my favorite part, going to Cade's cove in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee, where you drive around and see all kinds of wildlife. We happened upon this horse who was very excited about our car and Carson, so excited that he tried to jump in with us. We also saw six black bears, deer, and turkeys, the bears were my favorite, especially the mom and two babies that were climbing a tree right outside our car, awesome! (Grandpa has pics of that)
This was Brynnli's wildlife experience, she wasn't too thrilled about it though:)

Our kids LOVE watermelon, and Brynnli seriously out ate all of us the whole vacation, that girl can eat!
We had fun at this arcade style place playing kiddie games and skeeball with the kids, Carson liked this game best because of the garbage can.
We took a serious hike down to this waterfall and then back up, it equated to around fifty stories walking down stairs, and then fifty back up, Rick gets extra credit for carrying Carson most the way. We left Grandma and Grandpa with the two younger girls thank goodness!

I wish we were still there, and so does Carson, he told me this afternoon that he needed to get back to the mountains to feed the deer. Poor guy. Vacation has to end sometime, I'll keep telling myself that.

Cute pictures! It looks like you guys had a lot of fun! Can't wait to get all the emails of pictures from Jim and Sue... it makes it me feel like I was on vacation too lol!
It was so much fun to play in the mountains with you guys! Kaitlyn misses her cousins and is banging on the door to go outside all the time. I am still amazed by the amount of food Brynnli consumes and how teeny she is. Miss you all!
What a fun vacation- Cade's Cove sounds amazing. Your kids are so cute in all of these pictures.
